Buttercream Cupcakes

Made with melt-in - your-mouth mousse
Ingredients
BATTER
  • 240g Soft Butter
  • 240g Caster Sugar
  • 10ml Vanilla
  • 360g Eggs
  • 240g Plain Flour | Sifted
  • 130g Corn Flour
ICING
  • 50g MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
  • 200ml Water | Warm
  • 125g NESTLÉ MILKYBAR® Dessert Mix
  • 1 Block MILKYBAR® Chocolate | Broken
Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 165°C and line a muffin tin with baking paper inserts.

    Place the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat with a paddle.
  • 3
    Add vanilla, eggs, dry goods, and milk. Beat until smooth.

    Divide the mixture into cupcake moulds and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they bounce back when touched. Cool on a wire rack.

    Prepare the icing, by mixing MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder with warm water and let it cool.

    Whisk the coconut milk and NESTLÉ MILKYBAR® Dessert Mix for 1 minute. Scrape the bowl down and continue whisking for 5 minutes until smooth.

    Using a piping bag, pipe the NESTLÉ MILKYBAR® icing on top of cupcakes and garnish with a small block of NESTLÉ MILKYBAR®.

*Alternatively, you can also use NESTLÉ AERO® Dessert Mix instead of NESTLÉ MILKYBAR®
