Kaffir Lime Brûlée with Mango Salsa
Ingredients
Kaffir Lime Brûlée
- 200g MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
- 400ml water | warm
- 400ml cream
- 5 Kaffir lime leaves | rub
- 1 vanilla bean | scraped | reserve small amount for salsa
- 130g NESTLÉ DOCELLO Crème Brûlée Dessert Mix
- 50g caster sugar for torching
Mango Salsa
- 120g mango | dice fine
- Vanilla bean
- Zest of ½ Lime
Preparation

1In a saucepan add the warm water, MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, cream, kaffir lime leaves & vanilla. Bring to a boil.

2Mix in the NESTLÉ DOCELLO Crème Brûlée Dessert Mix, remove from heat & stir until dissolved.

3Strain & pour into moulds, refrigerate for 1 hour.

4Top with sugar & torch. Serve with mango salsa.
