No Churn Strawberry Ice-cream
Quick and easy. This season whip up your favourite inhouse creation.
Makes: 1.7litres
Ingredients
- 500g NESTLÉ Docello® Strawberry Mousse Mix
- 1 litre full cream milk | Chilled or water
- 250g NESTLÉ Docello® Snowcap White Compound Chocolate | divide in each mousse
Preparation

1Prepare each NESTLÉ Docello® Mousse Mix as per instructions on packaging.

2Mix through half the melted chocolate in each batch

3Place into a freezer safe container, place in freezer to set

4Scoop or quenelle into portions, and serve
