No Churn Strawberry Ice-cream

Makes: 1.7litres

Ingredients
  • 500g NESTLÉ Docello® Strawberry Mousse Mix
  • 1 litre full cream milk | Chilled or water
  • 250g NESTLÉ Docello® Snowcap White Compound Chocolate | divide in each mousse
Preparation

    Prepare each NESTLÉ Docello® Mousse Mix as per instructions on packaging.

    Mix through half the melted chocolate in each batch
  • 3
    Place into a freezer safe container, place in freezer to set
  • 4
    Scoop or quenelle into portions, and serve
