Gluten Free Mousse Mix No Melt Ice Cream Recipe

- 250g NESTLÉ DOCELLO Strawberry Mousse Mix
- 250g NESTLÉ DOCELLO Vanilla Mousse Mix
- 1 litre Full Cream Milk | Chilled or water
- 250g Melted NESTLÉ DOCELLO Snow Cap | divide in each mousse
Preparation

1Prepare each NESTLÉ Docello® Mousse Mix as per instructions on packaging.

2Mix through half the melted chocolate in each batch

3Place into a freezer safe container, place in freezer to set

4Scoop or quenelle into portions, and serve
