  • 250g NESTLÉ DOCELLO Strawberry Mousse Mix
  • 250g NESTLÉ DOCELLO Vanilla Mousse Mix
  • 1 litre Full Cream Milk | Chilled or water
  • 250g Melted NESTLÉ DOCELLO Snow Cap | divide in each mousse
Preparation

    Prepare each NESTLÉ Docello® Mousse Mix as per instructions on packaging.

    Mix through half the melted chocolate in each batch
  • 3
    Place into a freezer safe container, place in freezer to set
  • 4
    Scoop or quenelle into portions, and serve
