Granola slices are the perfect health-conscious breakfast and snack food to serve. As delicious as they are, granola slices are also pretty quick and easy to make. Simply use NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and MAGGI Premium Coconut Milk Powder to prepare the base mixture and add UNCLE TOBYS Rolled Oats, NESTLÉ DOCELLO Morsels, and raisins for more texture and flavour. We recommend baking the slices for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and to allow them to cool before cutting. If you've got a sweet tooth, try drizzling melted chocolate over your baked slices before portioning and serving. Our recipe makes up to 20 portions.

Ingredients
  • 550ml NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 140g MAGGI Premium Coconut Milk Powder
  • 475g UNCLE TOBYS Rolled Oats
  • 230g NESTLÉ DOCELLO Morsels
  • 200g raisins
  • 120g coconut, desiccated
Preparation

    Gently heat NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk in a saucepan. Whisk in MAGGI Premium Coconut Milk Powder until lump free.

    Place UNCLE TOBYS Rolled Oats, NESTLÉ DOCELLO Morsels, raisins and desiccated coconut into a bowl, mix to combine. Pour over the warmed milk and mix well. Press into a lined baking tray.

    Bake at 180C for 20 -25 minutes until golden. Allow to cool before cutting.
