A note on privacy
Be mindful about what personal information you share with AI tools. Avoid entering:
- Full names and personal details of staff members in sensitive HR conversations
- Confidential commercial information like your exact GP margins or trade pricing
- Customer personal data
Use roles and generic descriptions instead of names — for example, 'my senior chef' rather than a person's full name. Check your venue's data policy if you're unsure what's appropriate to share with external AI tools.
