Elevate your dessert game with a White Chocolate and Pistachio Dessert made with Nestlé MILKYBAR® Dessert Mix. The nutty flavour of pistachios combined with the sweetness of white chocolate makes for a delicious treat.
Ingredients
  • 250ml Skim Milk| cold
  • 125g Nestlé MILKYBAR® Dessert Mix
  • 10 Sponge Fingers| cut in half
  • 100g Nestlé MILKYBAR® Block | Shaved
  • 50g Pistachio | Chopped
Preparation

    Combine the skim milk and Nestlé MILKYBAR ® Dessert Mix into a large bowl.

    Use balloon whisk attachment & mix on medium for 1 minute or until mixture is fully combined. Scrape sides and resume mixing on high for a further 6 minutes.

    Place a spoonful of the mousse into a glass and break up a sponge finger, top with more mousse to create rough layers
  • 4
    Shave Nestlé MILKYBAR® Block over the top and garnish with chopped pistachios and pieces of Nestlé MILKYBAR® Block
