MAGGI Laksa - Chicken Laksa New Recipe (NF Yes Complete Meal) Serves 10
Ingredients:
- 100g MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Malaysian Laksa Paste
- 90g MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder reconstituted with 2L warm water
- 500g dry vermicelli rice noodles, blanched
- 100g bean sprouts
- 150g deep fried bean curd, blanched and sliced
- 500g cooked chicken fillets
Sliced Method:
- Combine MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Malaysian Laksa Paste and coconut milk in a pot and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
- Divide noodles, bean sprouts, bean curd and chicken among serving bowls
- Pour Laksa mixture into bowls and serve.
Suggestion: Try prawns, seafood or vegetables instead of chicken. May also be used as a marinade for stir frying or in soups.
