A winter warmer, a quick and easy bowl of goodness using our MAGGI Gluten Free Pumpkin Soup Mix paired with MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix and MAGGI Malaysian Laksa Paste

Ingredients
  • 170g MAGGI Gluten Free Pumpkin Soup Mix
  • 1.6L Cold water
  • 1/2tsp MAGGI Malaysian Laksa Paste
  • 110g Cooked, shredded chicken mince
  • 90g MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix
  • 200g Skimmed milk powder
Preparation

    In a saucepan, warm 400mL of water, add MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix and MAGGI Malaysian Laksa Paste. In a bowl add soup mix and skim milk powder to form a slurry. Add the remaining water and stir. Turn on heat and bring to the boil, stirring constantly

    Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly

    Add chicken and whisk

    Re-heat and serve

Suggestion: Garnish with coriander.
