Gluten Free Potato & Leek Soup

- 135g MAGGI Gluten Free Potato & Leek Soup Mix
- 1.8L cold water
- 50g diced, cooked bacon
- 225g skimmed milk powder
Preparation

1In a saucepan, mix 200mL of water with soup mix to form a slurry. Add the remaining water and stir. Turn on heat and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.

2Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

3Add bacon and whisk in skimmed milk powder.

4Re-heat and serve

5Suggestion: Garnish with finely diced fried bacon.
