NESCAFÉ Lemon Coffee Shot

Ingredients
FOR THE SYRUP:
- 6g NESCAFÉ BLEND 43
- 150ml water
- 150g brown sugar
FOR THE DRINK:
- 60ml coffee syrup (homemade – see above)
- 120ml lemon ice tea
- 60ml fresh milk
- Ice cubes
- Lemon zest
Preparation

1First create the syrup:

2Put all the syrup ingredients (NESCAFÉ BLEND 43, water, brown sugar) in a small pan and boil

3Pop the syrup in the fridge to cool

4Then make the drink:

5In a glass, add the syrup, ice tea and ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon

6Finally pour over the milk and garnish with lemon zest
