Ingredients
  • 195g MAGGI Crème of Broccoli Flavoured Soup Mix
  • 1.6L cold water
  • 180g diced, cooked broccoli, frozen, chopped
  • 200g skimmed milk powder
Preparation

    In a saucepan, mix 200mL of water with soup mix to form a slurry. Add the remaining water and stir. Turn on heat and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.

    Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Add broccoli and whisk in skimmed milk powder.

    Re-heat and serve.
