- Schnitzel Ingredients (4 to 5 portions)
Preparation

1Coat a piece of chicken in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in egg mixture and coat in breadcrumb mixture. Place on a tray. Repeat with the remaining chicken.

2Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, in batches, for 4 to 5 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to drain.

3Mexican Parmi: Team up with MAGGI Salsa Roja and cheese, topped with guacamole and sour cream.
