Malaysian Chicken Laksa
Spicy and fragrant chicken Laksa with chilli and lemongrass.
Ingredients
- 90 g MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix
- 2 L Warm water
- 100 g MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Malaysian Laksa Paste
- 500 g Dry vermicelli rice noodles Blanched
- 100 g Bean sprouts
- 150 g Deep fried bean curd Sliced
- 500 g Chicken fillet Cooked and sliced
Preparation

1Dissolve MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix with warm water in bowl, set aside.

2Combine MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Malaysian Laksa Paste and coconut milk in a pot and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.

3Divide noodles, bean sprouts, bean curd and chicken amongst serving bowls.

4Pour the Laksa mixture into bowls and serve.
