Ingredients
  • 2.5 to 3 kg Porchetta Roll | Air dry over night
  • 100ml Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper | to your liking
  • 500ml water
  • 50g MAGGI Golden Roast Gravy
  • 600g Broccolini | Cooked
  • 1kg Baby potatoes | Roasted
  • 500g Dutch Carrots | Roasted
  • 300g Red Capsicum | Roasted
  • 200g Red Onion | Roasted

    Rub the pork skin lightly with oil & salt, cook to your liking, rest before carving

    Bring half of the water (250g) to the boil

    Make a slurry by combining the remainder of the water (250g) & MAGGI Golden Roast Gravy

    Pour slurry into the Boiling water and simmer for 1-2 minutes

    Serve with Roasted Broccolini, Baby potatoes, Dutch Carrots, Red Capsicum, Red Onion
