Ingredients
  • 10 Cauliflower steaks
  • Pepper | to taste
  • 500ml Water
  • 50g MAGGI Supreme Gravy
  • 1kg Skordalia | Made with MAGGI Natural Mash Potato
  • 50g Flat parsley | leaves
  • 50g Almonds | Roasted
Preparation

    Season Cauliflower Steaks with Pepper & cook to your liking.

    Bring half the water to the boil.

    Make a slurry with the remainder of water & MAGGI Supreme Gravy.

    Pour into the Boiling water and simmer for 1-2 minutes

    Serve with Cauliflower, Skordalia, parsley & almonds
