Ingredients: 

Coffee Foam 

  • 60ml thickened cream 

Cherry Latte 

  • 4-5 tinned cherries, plus tinned juices 
  • 40ml cherry jam or cherry sauce 
  • ½ cup ice 
  • 180ml milk 
  • Optional: Additional fresh or tinned cherries, for garnish 

Method: 

  1. For the Coffee Foam: Add espresso to thickened cream. Stir until well combined. 
  1. Add mixture to a squeezy bottle and shake vigorously until thick.  
  1. For the Cherry Latte: Add tinned cherries, juices and cherry jam or sauce to the base of your serving glass.  
  1. Add ice and milk. 
  1. Top with the Coffee Foam. 
  1. Finish with some cherries for garnish and that extra festive touch. 

Spiced Citrus and Vanilla Mont Blanc 

Ingredients:  

Spiced Citrus Foam  

  • 40ml thickened cream  
  • ½ tsp mixed spice (nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise)  
  • 20ml blood orange juice  

Vanilla Coffee  

  • 15ml vanilla syrup   
  • ½ cup ice  
  • 50ml water  
  • 1 tsp blood orange zest  
  • Optional: Cinnamon stick, for garnish

 

 

Method:  

  1. For the Spiced Citrus Foam: Add blood orange juice and mixed spice to thickened cream. Stir well to combine.  
  1. For the Vanilla Coffee: To a serving glass, add espresso and vanilla syrup. Stir to combine.  
  1. Add ice and water.  
  1. Top with the Spiced Citrus Foam.  
  1. Finish with blood orange zest and cinnamon stick for garnish.
