1. In a saucepan combine MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder with warm water; whisk until smooth. Add MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Laksa Paste and bring to the boil; reduce heat to simmer.

2. Add prawns, scallops and calamari, simmer until just tender, then add lime juice to taste.

3. Divide noodles, bean sprouts, bean curd and seafood amongst serving bowls, top with laksa soup.

4. Garnish with coriander leaves and sliced red chilli.
