Thai Fish Curry Recipe
A delicate green fish curry with a coconut twist.
Ingredients
- 40 mL Olive Oil
- 250 gr Green Curry Paste
- 500 gr MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
- 650 mL Water
- 2.5g | 1 tsp MAGGI Maridor Seafood Seasoning
- 150 mL Boiling Water
- 60 mL Lime Juice
- 80 gr Brown Sugar
- 50 mL MAGGI Fish Sauce
- 1.25 kg White Fish Fillets Diced
- 500 gr Green Beans Trimmed
- 1 bunch Basil
Preparation

1Heat oil; add Green Curry Paste, cook 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.

2Combine MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder and water in a separate bowl, whisk until smooth; add to pan with curry paste.

3Combine MAGGI Maridor Seafood Seasoning with the boiling water; add to pan and bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 2-3 mins.

4Add lime juice, brown sugar and MAGGI Fish Sauce. Add fish and green beans and gently cook for 4 minutes.
