- 500g plain flour | sifted
- Pinch of salt
- 180g egg
- 1L milk
- 60g butter | melted
- 750g KITKAT Spread
- 1 punnet blueberries
- 1 punnet raspberries
- 1 punnet blackberries
- Garden mint
- 10 KITKAT fingers

1Place the flour and salt in a bowl, make a well and whisk in the egg, milk and melted butter until smooth.

2Using a hot crêpe pan pour in a ladle at a time, keeping them thin. Cook for 30 seconds on each side.

3Remove from pan and cool slightly.
