Sesame Pork Balls
Bursting with fresh Thai flavours
Ingredients
Mix
- 500g Pork Mince
- 60g MAGGI Tom Yum Paste
- 100g Shallots | Finely Sliced
- ¹⁄₈ Bunch Coriander | Chopped
- 2 Egg Whites
- 40ml Oil | For Cooking
Crumb
- 30g MAGGI Natural Mashed Potato
- 30g White Sesame
- 30g Black Sesame
Garnish
- Mint | Cos Lettuce | Corinader Leaves
- Glass Noodles (optional)
- Cucumber | Sliced
- Red Chilli | Sliced
- 100g Crushed Roasted Peanuts
Dipper
- 20g MAGGI Tom Yum Paste
- 80ml MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Squeezed Lime
Preparation

1Place the pork, MAGGI Tom Yum Paste, shallots, coriander & egg whites in a food processor & blend.

2Roll the mixture into 30g balls.

3Mix the MAGGI Natural Mashed Potato with white & black sesame seeds & coat the pork balls.

4Seal the balls in a fry pan until golden & finish the cook in the oven at 180˚C for 7 minutes or until cooked.

5Mix the MAGGI Tom Yum Paste with MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce & lime, then serve as a dipper.

6Serve with fragrant salad leaves, cucumber, crushed peanuts & chilli.
