Lemon & Lime Summer Delight Recipe
Make a refreshing lemon and lime summer delight with NESTLÉ Docello® Lemon Protein Enriched Dessert Mix. Use buttermilk instead of regular milk (when following instructions on the packet) and place your mix on top of chilled and set jelly. You can also add whipped cream and passion fruit pulp (served without seeds) to the dessert. This recipe can be used to make 20 portions of lemon and lime summer delight and can be made in a couple of minutes (excluding the time waiting for your jelly to set).
Ingredients
- 246g NESTLÉ Docello® Lemon Protein Enriched Dessert Mix
- 1L Buttermilk
- 170g Lime Jelly
- 400 mL Boiling Water
- 600 mL Cream
- 400mL Cold Water
- 100 g Icing Sugar
- 10 Sieve as required Passion Fruit (optional)
Preparation

1Prepare the NESTLÉ Docello® Lemon Protein Enriched Dessert Mix as per pack instruction replacing the milk for buttermilk.

2Dissolve jelly in hot water, add cold water and chill to set.

3Whip the cream with the icing sugar and set aside.

4Layer in a glass with the jelly in the bottom, the NESTLÉ Docello® Lemon Protein Enriched Dessert Mix on top and topped with cream and passion fruit pulp (sieved without seeds).
