A Burst of Savory Goodness in Every Bite!
A Sensational Asian Style Stir fry.
Ingredients
- 30mL (1 ½ tbsp) oil
- 1kg Pork Fillet, sliced thinly (approx. 2mm slices)
- 50mL (2 ½ tbsp) water
- 5g ( 1tsp) MAGGI CHICKEN BOOSTER
- 1 medium onion (150g), sliced thinly
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
- 2 cm piece fresh ginger (10g), sliced thinly
- 3 medium red Capsicums (650g), cut into 3cm cubes
- 1 bunch (230g) Choy Sum, chopped coarsely
- 150g snow peas, trimmed
- 150g sugar snaps, trimmed
- 500g broccolini, trimmed, cut into 5 cm lengths, blanched
- 300ml MAGGI MAGGI KOREAN BBQ SAUCE
- 400g Hokkien noodles, cooked as per direction on pack
- 5 shallots (100g), cut into 3cm lengths
- 1 red chilli, sliced thinly (optional)
- ¼ bunch coriander, chopped finely
- 10g toasted sesame seeds, toasted
Preparation

1Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Cook pork, in 2 batches, for 30 seconds to 1 minute until just cooked through; remove from pan and set aside.

2In a small jug, combine water, MAGGI CHICKEN BOOSTER, add to wok; deglaze Wok, remove from heat and wipe dry

3Return pan to high heat; add onion, cook until just tender, add garlic, ginger, capsicum, choy sum, snow peas, sugar snaps & broccolini; cook until vegetable are just tender.

4Toss through MAGGI KOREAN BBQ SAUCE; noodles, shallots. Garnish with chilli (optional), coriander & sesame.
