Fudge Sauce
Fudge Sauce.
Ingredients
- 100 ml Thickened cream
- 40 ml Brewed espresso or liqueur
- 200 g NESTLÉ Royal Finely chopped
Preparation

1Pour the cream and coffee or liqueur into a heatproof bowl and place over saucepan of simmering water until hot.

2Remove from the heat and add the NESTLÉ Royal. Stir until melted and smooth. Makes 11/4 cups

3CHEF'S TIP: Sauce will keep 10 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
