Butterscotch, Chocolate & Vanilla Trifle

Try preparing butterscotch, chocolate, and vanilla trifle with NESTLÉ Docello® Protein Enriched Butterscotch Dessert Mix and NESTLÉ Docello® Vanilla Mousse Mix, and swiss roll slices. Best served cool and in small bowls, these trifles make for a quick pick-me-up sweet snack. Depending on your customers' dietary preferences, you can use either skim milk or full cream milk to whisk with your mousse mix. This recipe can make up to 20 portions of trifle at a time.
Ingredients
- 246g NESTLÉ Docello® Butterscotch Protein Enriched Dessert Mix
- 1L Milk, Full Fat
- 250 g NESTLÉ Docello® French Vanilla Mousse Mix
- 500 mL Skim Milk
- 250g sliced chocolate swiss roll
Preparation

1Prepare NESTLÉ Docello® Protein Enriched Butterscotch Dessert Mix as per pack instructions with milk, set aside.

2Prepare the NESTLÉ Docello® Vanilla Mousse Mix as per pack instructions with skim milk.

3Divide swiss roll slices into 20 serves and line base of serving glasses with swiss roll slices.

4Top swiss roll with half the prepared NESTLÉ Docello® Butterscotch Protein Enriched Dessert.

5Layer prepared NESTLÉ Docello® French Vanilla Mousse Mix into serving bowls.

6Finish with remaining NESTLÉ Docello® Butterscotch Protein Enriched Dessert.
