Cashew Nut Chicken Stir Fry
Wok up a storm, and compliment the beautiful Chill Jam flavours with a simple shake of the MAGGI Seasoning which will make your dish a delicious success
Ingredients
- 20mL MAGGI Seasoning
- 1.2kg Chicken thigh fillets diced
- 10 Crushed garlic cloves
- 5 Red onions roughly cut
- 500g Snow peas
- 4 Broccolini bunches
- 340g Chilli Jam
- 50mL Peanut oil
- 100g Cashew Nuts
- Cooked jasmine rice
Preparation

1Heat 25mL peanut oil in a wok and stir-fry chicken over high heat in batches until lightly browned. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside

2Heat remaining oil and stir-fry onion for 3 minutes until softened. Add garlic, snow peas, broccolini and cook for a further 2 minutes

3Return chicken to the wok and add Chilli Jam and MAGGI Seasoning and cook for a further minute. Add cashew nuts

4Serve immediately with rice
