SENSATIONAL MINCE BURRITO

Ingredients
- 500g HARVEST GOURMET SENSATIONAL™
- Ground Mince
- 150mL Oil
- 100g White Onion, minced
- 20g Chilli Powder
- 10g Cumin Powder
- 10g Coriander Powder
- 2pcs Dried Bay Leaves
- 250mL BUITONI® Sugo Per Pasta
- 30mL CHEF Demi Glace Liquid Concentrate
- 40g White Sugar
- 10 pcsTortilla Wraps
- 300g Sour Cream
- 5pcs Avocado, sliced
- 500g Cooked Black Beans
- 50g Fresh Coriander Leaf
- 500g Iceberg Lettuce
- 500g Cooked Long Grain White Rice
Preparation

1Heat oil in pan, add in onion and HARVEST GOURMET SENSATIONAL™ Ground Mince. Sauté for about 5 minutes till brown.

2Add in chilli, cumin, coriander and dried bay leaves and continue to stir fry for 1 minute.

3Add in BUITONI® Sugo Per Pasta, CHEF Demi Glace Liquid Concentrate and sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes andseason with salt and pepper as needed.

4Lay out 1pc of tortilla wrap, top with 75g mince mixture, 30g sour cream, avocado slices, 50g black beans, 5g coriander, 50g lettuce and 50g white rice. Repeat this for the subsequent wraps.

5Fold up the bottom to cover the filling then fold the edges in, roll up tightly and wrap in foil.
Add fresh chopped parsley into the sauce for enhanced flavour. Replace rice with quinoa for a more protein-packed meal, or with brown rice for higher fibre content. The burrito can be prepared the day before and wrapped in aluminium foil. Reheat using a panini grill or microwave.
