SENSATIONAL MINCE SLIDERS
The HARVEST GOURMET SENSATIONAL™ Ground Mince can be formed into patties of any shape and size to create the full burger experience with sensational taste and texture. Made with plant-based protein and non GMO soy, it cooks with the tantalizing sizzle you expect from a delicious slider and can easily be pre-prepared for large events.

Ingredients
- 400g HARVEST GOURMET™ SENSATIONAL™
- Ground Mince
- 4g Garlic Powder
- 4pcs Eggs
- 100g Breadcrumbs
- 6g Salt
- 1g Black Pepper, ground
- 10pcs Brioche Slider Buns
- 50mL Oil
- 10 tbsp MAGGI Taste of Americas Legendary
- BBQ Sauce
Preparation

1In a bowl, combine HARVEST GOURMET SENSATIONAL™ Ground Mince, garlic powder, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper together.

2Portion out 40g per slider patty and form into shape.

3Place the formed patties in the fridge to be chilled for 15 minutes before cooking.

4Toast the brioche buns and set aside.

5Heat oil in pan and sear each slider patty till fully cooked.

6Spread a tablespoon of MAGGI Taste of Americas Legendary BBQ Sauce onto the top of each bun

7Assemble patty and bun together with any other desired accompaniments (sauce, vegetables, etc).
Uncooked patties can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months. The frozen patties should be thawed before being cooked. For a vegan recipe, substitute the egg with other plant-based binding agents like coconut oil.
