Fried Cauliflowers Bites
A great bar snack to share amongst your friends and family, they will be gone in no time.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 260ml milk
- 120g plain flour
- Pinch salt
- 100g plain flour
- 1 large Cauliflower
- 50ml MAGGI Taste of Asia Sweet Chilli Sauce
Preparation

1Pre heat deep fryer on 180c

2Prepare the batter by beating the egg in a bowl. Add the milk and whisk in the flour, mix well until smooth. Add the salt.

3Cut the cauliflower into even sized florets. Lightly dust in flour and then dip into the batter and deep fry until golden brown.

4Drain on kitchen paper and put into a clean bowl. Drizzle with MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce and toss to coat.

5Serve immediately.
