Chocolate Ganache Recipe

Add some more chocolate to your desserts with a chocolate ganache. Use NESTLÉ Royal dark chocolates or NESTLÉ Calypso chocolates to make a rich chocolatey ganache. The only other ingredient you need in addition to NESTLÉ chocolates is thickened cream. To make your ganache, simply bring the thickened cream to a boil, remove it from heat and add chocolate or compound. Make sure to stir your mixture until it's free of lumps before using it to top another dessert. Ganache is best with light cakes and cup cakes.

  • 300 ml Thickened cream
  • 500 g NESTLÉ Royal or NESTLÉ Calypso
