Chocolate & Walnut Brownies
Baked and Beautiful, a mouth full of perfect culinary combination chocolate and nuts.
Ingredients
- 57 units of Ready Bake 56mm Chocolate Shortbread Shells
- 340g NESTLÉ Continental Bitter Kibble Dark Couverture Chocolate 15kg x 1
- 150g NESTLÉ Chocettes Small Bits Dark Compound Chocolate 15kg x 1
- 230g Butter
- 200g Eggs
- 225g Plain Flour
- 2g Baking Powder
- 75g Walnuts
- 375g Sugar
Preparation

1Melt butter & NESTLÉ Continental Bitter Kibble Dark Couverture Chocolate together in a bowl over a water bath.

2In a separate bowl, whip sugar and eggs together until aerated and creamy.

3Add melted chocolate mix to sugar & eggs & mix until combined.

4Sieve the flour & baking powder adding it to the mix, blend evenly.

5Fold through NESTLÉ Chocettes Small Bits Dark Compound Chocolate & walnuts.

6Pipe into Ready Bake 56mm Chocolate Shortbread Shells.

7Sprinkle the top with NESTLÉ Chocettes Small Bits Dark Compound Chocolate & walnuts.

8Bake & 160°C for 10-12mins, allow to cool, then garnish with a rosette of chocolate mousse & a white chocolate garnish.
