Chocolate Tart with Fresh Fruit

Ingredients
Chocolate Crème Patissiere (32g each)
- NESTLE Docello Creme Patissiere 72 Grams
- Milk 240 Millilitres
- NESTLÉ Continental Bitter Kibble Dark Couverture Chocolate (melted) 40 Grams
Fresh Fruit
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Figs
Preparation

1Crème Patissiere: Melt chocolate in microwave. In a stand mixer (or hand mixer), whip the milk and NESTLÉ Docello® Crème Patissiere mix together for 1 minute.

2Add in the melted chocolate and whisk until all combined.

3Weigh out 32g per tart, place in fridge.

4Finish: Garnish with fresh fruit and edible flowers.
