Ingredients
Chocolate Crème Patissiere (32g each)
  • NESTLE Docello Creme Patissiere 72 Grams
  • Milk 240 Millilitres
  • NESTLÉ Continental Bitter Kibble Dark Couverture Chocolate (melted) 40 Grams
Fresh Fruit
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Figs
Preparation

    Crème Patissiere: Melt chocolate in microwave. In a stand mixer (or hand mixer), whip the milk and NESTLÉ Docello® Crème Patissiere mix together for 1 minute.

    Add in the melted chocolate and whisk until all combined.

    Weigh out 32g per tart, place in fridge.

    Finish: Garnish with fresh fruit and edible flowers.
