Strawberry Panna Cotta Tarts

Serve strawberry panna cotta tarts prepared with NESTLÉ Docello® Panna Cotta Dessert Mix. Using the dessert mix means you can simply add milk, cream, strawberries, and strawberry coulis to the mixture to make your strawberry panna cotta mix. After finishing your panna cotta mix, cut it to place into shortbread shells and garnish your tarts with strawberries, coulis, and micro herb. Make sure to allow enough time for your panna cotta mixture to chill and set before cutting it into the shortbread shells.

Ingredients
Strawberry Panna Cotta Tarts
  • 20 units of RB Baked 56mm Shortbread Shells
  • 150g NESTLÉ Docello® Panna Cotta Dessert Mix
  • 500ml Cream
  • 500ml Milk
  • 1 punnet of Strawberries
  • 250ml Strawberry Coulis
  • Micro Herb
Preparation

    Mix milk and cream in pan and bring to boil.

    Remove from heat and whisk in NESTLÉ Docello® Panna Cotta Dessert Mix.

    Allow to cool slightly and mix in strawberries and 200ml strawberry coulis. Leave remainder of strawberry coulis to garnish.

    Pour strawberry Panna Cotta mix into a tray to 30mm deep and allow to set.

    Cut Panna Cotta mix to size to fit into RB Baked 56mm Shortbread Shells.

    Garnish with strawberries, coulis and micro herb.
