American BBQ Pork Ribs
Our MAGGI Taste of Americas Legendary BBQ Sauce is perfect slathered over baby back pork ribs to create delicious American style ribs!
Ingredients
Ribs
- 2kg baby back pork ribs
Marinade
- 50g MAGGI Legendary BBQ Sauce, to baste
Baste
- 50g MAGGI Legendary BBQ Sauce, to baste
Corn
- 10 corn cobs, with husk
- 50mL MAGGI Korean BBQ
- Butter
- Salt
Preparation

1Ribs

2Rinse pork ribs with water and dry.

3Coat the ribs well with the MAGGI Legendary BBQ Sauce marinade, cover and place in the fridge overnight.

4Pre heat the oven to 160°C.

5Line a baking tray with aluminium foil, spray with oil and lay the ribs on the tray. Cover with foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours.

6To finish baste the ribs with the remaining MAGGI Legendary BBQ Sauce Baste and glaze in a hot oven 190-200°C until caramelised.

7Corn

8Bath corn in iced water

9Char the corn with the husk left on, on a flaming hot BBQ

10Peel the husk back and char again.

11Baste with butter and drizzle with MAGGI Korean BBQ
