Prawn Tom Yum Soup
Spicy Thai Tom Yum with mushrooms and chilli
Ingredients
- 75 g MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Thai Tom Yum Paste
- 1.2 L Water
- 500 g Green prawns Shelled or de-veined
- 125 g Canned champignons or button mushrooms Halved
For Garnish:
- Shallots or red chillies Sliced
Preparation

1Combine TASTE OF ASIA Thai Tom Yum Paste and water in a pot, bring to boil.

2Add prawns and mushrooms, return to boil.

3Garnish with shallots or chillies.
