Seafood Laksa
A delicious, creamy laksa with a balanced coconut flavour.
Ingredients
- 100 gr MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
- 2 L Warm Water
- 100 gr MAGGI Taste of Asia Laksa Paste
- 100 gr Green Prawns Shelled and Deveined
- 80 gr White Scallop Meat
- 80 gr Baby Calamari Sliced
- 1 Lime Juiced
- 1 kg Vermicelli Rice Noodles Blanched
- 100 gr Bean Sprouts Blanched
Preparation

1In a saucepan combine MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder with warm water; whisk until smooth. Add MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Laksa Paste and bring to the boil; reduce heat to simmer.

2Add prawns, scallops and calamari, simmer until just tender, then add lime juice to taste.

3Divide noodles, bean sprouts, bean curd and seafood amongst serving bowls, top with laksa soup.

4Garnish with coriander leaves and sliced red chilli.
