Ingredients
  • 200g MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix
  • 200mL warm water
  • 600mL cream
  • 750mL cold water
  • 200g MAGGI Gluten Free Pumpkin Soup Mix
  • Honey
Preparation

    Whisk the MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix into the warm water. Add the cream.

    . In a separate bowl mix the MAGGI Classic Pumpkin Soup Mix with some of the cold water to form a slurry, add the rest of the water and add to the coconut milk and cream.

    Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add some honey to taste and serve.

Serving suggestion: Garlic and Parmesan croutons
