Honey Coconut Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 200g MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix
- 200mL warm water
- 600mL cream
- 750mL cold water
- 200g MAGGI Gluten Free Pumpkin Soup Mix
- Honey
Preparation

1Whisk the MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix into the warm water. Add the cream.

2. In a separate bowl mix the MAGGI Classic Pumpkin Soup Mix with some of the cold water to form a slurry, add the rest of the water and add to the coconut milk and cream.

3Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

4Add some honey to taste and serve.
Serving suggestion: Garlic and Parmesan croutons
