Rich Chocolate Slice Recipe
If you're after a sweet chocolate dessert to add to your menu, try making a rich chocolate slice using our recipe. Simply use biscuits as a base, top with a mousse chocolate mixture made with NESTLÉ Docello ® Chocolate Mousse Mix, and bake. For added sweetness, you can also make a chocolate ganache. You can make a ganache by combining heated cream and chocolate. Don't forget to set the ganache on your chocolate slices by refrigerating them. This dessert is best served slightly chilled and garnished with raspberries and mint leaves (to offset the richness).

- 500mL Milk, Full Fat

- 100mL Cream
- 100g NESTLÉ Docello ® Calypso (dark compound chocolate)
