SENSATIONAL HARISSA KOFTAS WITH AROMATIC SLAW AND FLATBREAD

- 10 pc HAVREST GOURMET® SensationalTM Burger
- 1 tsp Harissa spice mix
- 25 ml CHEF Mushroom Liquid Concentrate
- 20 pc bamboo sticks
- 300 g spring cabbage
- 300 g red cabbage
- 100 g red onions
- 10 g mint
- 20 g parsley
- 10 pc flatbread
- 75 ml Harissa paste
- 100 ml mayonnaise
Preparation

1Defrost Harvest Gourmet Burger and mix with harissa spice mix and CHEF Mushroom Liquid Concentrate.

2Shape the koftas on a bamboo stick.

3Pre-heat the oven to 250°C with a grill tray.

4Grill the koftas in the oven for 5-7 min until core temp is 74°C.

5Cut cabbage and onions into julienne and mix with roughly chopped mint and parsley.

6Heat the flatbread in the oven.

7Plate the koftas, drizzle with harissa paste, mayo and serve with the aromatic salad and flatbread.
