Brownie Base
  • 200g butter
  • 180g sugar | brown
  • 200g NESTLÉ DOCELLO Calypso Dark Compound Chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 5g vanilla
  • 100g almond meal | sifted
  • 50g tapioca flour or corn flour | sifted
  • 25g pure cocoa | sifted
  • 7g baking powder GF | sifted
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200g NESTLÉ DOCELLO Dark Morsels Compound Chocolate
Topping
  • 400g KITKAT SPREAD

    Set your oven to 170 °C, line a baking tray 26cm x 32cm x 3cm deep.

    In a pot melt the butter, sugar and chocolate, cool slightly.

    Whisk in the eggs, one at a time.

    Stir in the vanilla, almond meal, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt mix till smooth.

    Fold in the NESTLÉ DOCELLO Dark Morsels Compound Chocolate.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes, to leave it a little fudgy, cool on a wire rack.

    Once cool, ice with KITKAT Spread.
