Pan Fried Cauliflower Steak with Skordalia, Greens and Gravy

Ingredients
- 10 Cauliflower steaks
- Pepper | to taste
- 500ml Water
- 50g MAGGI Supreme Gravy
- 1kg Skordalia | Made with MAGGI Natural Mash Potato
- 50g Flat parsley | leaves
- 50g Almonds | Roasted
Preparation

1Season Cauliflower Steaks with Pepper & cook to your liking.

2Bring half the water to the boil.

3Make a slurry with the remainder of water & MAGGI Supreme Gravy.

4Pour into the Boiling water and simmer for 1-2 minutes

5Serve with Cauliflower, Skordalia, parsley & almonds
Skordalia: Roast a whole garlic bulb, Lemon & bay leaf in olive oil, cool & pod the garlic pods, keep the oil and pressed lemon to add to the MAGGI NATURAL MASHED POTATO.
