Thai Chicken & Pumpkin Soup
A winter warmer, a quick and easy bowl of goodness using our MAGGI Gluten Free Pumpkin Soup Mix paired with MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix and MAGGI Malaysian Laksa Paste
        Ingredients
                
      
      - 170g MAGGI Gluten Free Pumpkin Soup Mix
- 1.6L Cold water
- 1/2tsp MAGGI Malaysian Laksa Paste
- 110g Cooked, shredded chicken mince
- 90g MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix
- 200g Skimmed milk powder
        Preparation

        1In a saucepan, warm 400mL of water, add MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix and MAGGI Malaysian Laksa Paste. In a bowl add soup mix and skim milk powder to form a slurry. Add the remaining water and stir. Turn on heat and bring to the boil, stirring constantly

        2Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly

        3Add chicken and whisk
- 
        4Re-heat and serve
