Malaysian Pumpkin Soup
A bowl of goodness to warm you up over winter. Using our MAGGI Gluten Free Pumpkin Soup Mix as a base add our MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix and MAGGI Malaysian Laksa Paste for a quick and flavourful dish.
Ingredients
- 300g MAGGI Gluten Free Pumpkin Soup Mix
- 1.7L Cold Water
- 85g MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix
- 3tsp MAGGI Malaysian Laksa Paste
Preparation

1In a saucepan mix 200mL of water with soup mix to form a slurry

2Turn on heat, add to the remaining water with the MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix and whisk in the MAGGI Malaysian Laksa Paste, bring to the boil, stirring constantly

3Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Then ready to serve
Garnish with toasted coconut flakes, pepitas and sea salt flakes
