NESCAFÉ is the Official Cuppa Partner of R U OK? - a suicide prevention charity that encourages people to stay connected and have conversations that can help others through difficult times.
Gavin Larkin founded R U OK? in 2009, hoping to protect others from experiencing the pain his family felt when his father died by suicide. He believed that “in the time it takes to have a cuppa, you could have a conversation that could change a life.”
The R U OK? Conversation Convoy travels to regional communities around the country to help people understand the important role they can play in looking out for their friends, family and colleagues and build their confidence to start the conversation.
