Preparation instructions from Frozen:
1. OVEN (CONVECTION) AT 200°C, 14 mins from frozen.
2. PAN-FRYING AT 170 - 180°C, 14-15 mins from frozen.
3. DEEP-FRYING at 180°C, 7 min from frozen, defrosted not recommended.
