White Chocolate And Raspberry Brulee Tarts
White chocolate and raspberry brulee tarts are quick and easy to make. The main ingredients you'll need are RB Baked 80mm Shortbread Shells, NESTLÉ Docello® Crème Brulee Dessert Mix, and NESTLÉ Docello® Snowcap White Compound Chocolate. You'll also need cream, milk, raspberries, and caster sugar for the brulee. When making your delicious tarts, make sure you fold the sliced raspberries into your brulee and chocolate mixture, and allow enough time for your tarts to set before serving. You can save a lot of time baking using our dessert mix rather than making your own mix from scratch.
Ingredients
- 48 units of RB Baked 80mm Shortbread Shells
- 260g NESTLÉ Docello® Crème Brulee Dessert Mix
- 400g NESTLÉ Docello® Snowcap White Compound Chocolate
- 1ltr Cream
- 1ltr Milk
- 1 x punnet Raspberries
- Caster Sugar (to brulee)
Preparation

1Mix milk and cream in pan and bring to boil.

2Remove from heat and whisk in NESTLÉ Docello® Crème Brulee Dessert Mix.

3Mix in NESTLÉ Docello® Snowcap White Compound Chocolate.

4Fold in sliced raspberries.

5Pour into RB Baked 80mm Shortbread Shells.

6Allow to set and brulee to serve.
