Ingredients
Burger Patties
- 30 mL Olive oil
- 140 gr Finely Chopped Onion
- 3 Crushed Cloves of Garlic
- Pinch Oregano
- 40 mL Red Wine Vinegar
- 1kg Beef mince
- 2 eggs
- 80g Bread Crumbs
Assemble
- 10 Small Brioche Buns
- 100ml MAGGI Taste of Americas Legendary BBQ Sauce
- 1 Rinsed and drained Small Hydroponic Lettuce
- 500 gr BUITONI Sugo al Promodoro (Tomato Coulis)
Preparation

1For the Patties In a Fry pan, cook the onion, garlic, herbs until golden, deglaze with wine vinegar, reduce & cool. In a Bowl mix the beef mince, egg, breadcrumbs &onion mix, shape into 10 small patties.

2Flame Grill the patties, Place on the bun with MAGGI Legendary BBQ Sauce, lettuce & BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro (Coulis), serve
