Ingredients
Burger Patties
  • 30 mL Olive oil
  • 140 gr Finely Chopped Onion
  • 3 Crushed Cloves of Garlic
  • Pinch Oregano
  • 40 mL Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1kg Beef mince
  • 2 eggs
  • 80g Bread Crumbs
Assemble
  • 10 Small Brioche Buns
  • 100ml MAGGI Taste of Americas Legendary BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Rinsed and drained Small Hydroponic Lettuce
  • 500 gr BUITONI Sugo al Promodoro (Tomato Coulis)

    For the Patties In a Fry pan, cook the onion, garlic, herbs until golden, deglaze with wine vinegar, reduce & cool. In a Bowl mix the beef mince, egg, breadcrumbs &onion mix, shape into 10 small patties.
