Colourful Blue Cheese Combo

Ingredients
  • 1kg Onions | Sliced & Cooked Down to Caramelised
  • 100g MAGGI® Taste of Americas Legendary BBQ Sauce
  • 500g (10 Slices) Sourdough Bread | Chargrilled
  • 1.5kg Jap Pumpkin | Diced & Roasted
  • 300g Soft Blue Cheese
  • 10g Thyme Leaves

    In a large frying pan, slowly cook the Onions for about 10-15 mins, until caramelised and golden.

    Add the MAGGI® Taste of Americas Legendary BBQ Sauce to the Onions, then spread on the Chargrilled Bread.

    Top with the Roasted Pumpkin, crumble over the Soft Blue Cheese and garnish with fresh Thyme.

    Serve warm, with an Italian Salad.
