Ingredients
  • 2kg pork shoulder or Neck | skinless, Boneless, cut in 3 even pieces
  • 10g paprika
  • 10g cumin
  • 2g garlic powder
  • 10g fresh oregano
  • 10g thyme | rosemary
  • 30ml oil
  • 200ml water
  • 10g MAGGI CHICKEN BOOSTER
  • 375ml beer
  • 100ml MAGGI LEGENDARY BBQ SAUCE | Extra for burger buns
  • 2kg Fries
  • 500ml MAGGI READY TO USE GRAVY
  • Chives Optional | chopped
Preparation

    Rub with herb spices and oil, seal in a braising pot, coat with MAGGI LEGENDARY BBQ SAUCE.

    In a jug, mix the water and booster together & deglaze pan add beer, reduce by 1/3rd cover, cook 3 to 4 hours at 170 degrees.

    Rest & Shred stand aside.

    Fry the potato fries, season and top with pulled pork & MAGGI READY TO USE GRAVY & chives. Serve.
