Pulled Pork and Loaded Fries Recipe

Ingredients
- 2kg pork shoulder or Neck | skinless, Boneless, cut in 3 even pieces
- 10g paprika
- 10g cumin
- 2g garlic powder
- 10g fresh oregano
- 10g thyme | rosemary
- 30ml oil
- 200ml water
- 10g MAGGI CHICKEN BOOSTER
- 375ml beer
- 100ml MAGGI LEGENDARY BBQ SAUCE | Extra for burger buns
- 2kg Fries
- 500ml MAGGI READY TO USE GRAVY
- Chives Optional | chopped
Preparation

1Rub with herb spices and oil, seal in a braising pot, coat with MAGGI LEGENDARY BBQ SAUCE.

2In a jug, mix the water and booster together & deglaze pan add beer, reduce by 1/3rd cover, cook 3 to 4 hours at 170 degrees.

3Rest & Shred stand aside.

4Fry the potato fries, season and top with pulled pork & MAGGI READY TO USE GRAVY & chives. Serve.
