Neenish Tarts Made with AERO®
Quick, mini and amazing every time
Ingredients
- 125ml NESTLÉ AERO® DESSERT MIX
- 250ml Milk | Cold
- 40 Tart Shells 5cm
TOPPING
- 200g NESTLÉ Snowcap White Compound Chocolate | Melted
- 2 Punnets Blueberries
- 1 Punnet Blackberries | Halved
Preparation

1Place the milk & NESTLÉ AERO® Dessert Mix into a bowl and whisk for 1 minute.

2Scrape down the sides and whisk for a further 5 minutes.

3Pipe into the tart shell and then smooth off with a pallet knife.

4Dip halfway into melted chocolate or top with fruit. Refrigerate before service.
